Your wedding day will be one of the most cherished and memorable days of your life.  You want it to be special, and as stress-free as possible.  That's why choosing an experienced caterer and facility to take care of all the details is so important.

At Discovery Bay we have the staff, service and commitment to make your wedding everything you have always dreamed it would be.  We know all the things that could go wrong...and how to make sure that nothing will...we pay attention to the details so you won't have to.

We also know that everyone works within a budget.  It' nice to know how much

everything will cost - without a lot of hidden 'extras'...our pricing is for a complete package including:

4 hour Open Bar featuring Select House Liquors
Champagne Toast to your Special Day
A delicious 4 Course Dinner with Red/White Wine offered
A Complimentary Suite for the Bride and Groom
at the beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel

If there are other arrangements you would like to make, we w3oud be happy to accommodate.  Items such as - Hor D'oeuvres, Sweet Table, Buffets, or Custom Designed menus are all available to you.  Just mention them to our Catering Director and it will be done to your complete satisfaction.

Wedding Policies

Sales Tax and Gratuity are additions.
An appropriate deposit is required to secure the banquet space for your date.
Full balance is due 3 working days prior to the date, with a final guarantee due a minimum of 72 hours prior.
Bartender charge of $75.00 each.
We supply fresh flowers, votive candles, as well as colored napkins of your choice.
A $6,000 Saturday Night minimum is required.
